My mission as a Yoga Teacher is to show you how to de-stress, relax and how to become more in tune with your body, mind and spirit. My classes revolve around healing the body and de-cluttering the mind through movement, alignment and breath. Let me show you the powers and benefits of yoga.
It only took one session for me to feel such a powerful connection to yoga and the more I practiced the more I saw the incredible benefits it had on my body and mind.

Private Yoga
The session will take place at my home studio, or out in nature at a park or beach.
1x 10-minute health consultation – we will work around the specific needs of your body and discuss what you would like to achieve in your practice.
1x 60-minute session – together we will practice a sequence of postures and asanas that are suited for your body and needs.
Meditation training (optional)
Price: $60.00 per session
Corporate Yoga Classes Corporate yoga is on the rise because employers know that the health and wealth of their organisation is largely dependent on the health and wellbeing of their employees. Many organisation’s are choosing to run yoga sessions for their employees due to the copious research which supports its incredible health benefits such as: increased circulation in the body, less sick days, decreased stress responses, increased productivity, improved focus, concentration, memory and more.
1x 60-minute session ending with a guided meditation.
Price: $100 per session or $260 for 3 sessions (save $40)
Private Group Classes A Private Group Class is perfect for an intimate yoga session with your friends and family or a small group of work colleagues. Group Classes are suitable for birthdays, hen’s parties or just for a fun group activity.
1x 60-minute session ending with a guided meditation.
