What to expect when working with me
In these programs we will identify your personal goals and put steps in place to achieve these. We will look at your nutrition, exercise routine, spiritual life style and make any needed adjustments to these areas. I will teach you habits to be able to continue on your own journey, as I want you to start thriving and really living to your full potential.
I will be your judgment free support system. We will set long term and short terms goals that I will hold you accountable for, so we can make changes that last. I want to make sure your goals stay firmly at the top of your priority list because that’s exactly where you health and wellness should be.
Create healthy relationships with food because we will find food that works for you and your body. Lets get rid of those unhealthy food cravings! I want you to listen to your body and fuel it with healthy nourishing foods that give you endless amounts of energy.
We will find ways for you to de-stress, relax, and show you how to find time in your busy schedule for these techniques and activities.
I’ll teach you the meaning and importance of self-love. I want you to fall in love with yourself and your life. Lets find what feeds and makes your soul happy from within.

Lets Start With A 30 Minute Complimentary Health Goals Session
During this Session we discuss your goals and get clear on what you want to get out of life. We identify your biggest challenges and blocks and try to learn a little more about your own journey. We will also discuss and work through your connection with food, your relationships, your career, your spirituality and exercise habits.
This is not a commitment to going ahead with the wellbeing Program, instead you can get a feeling for what coaching with me feels like and see if coaching suits you and your needs and then you can make an informed decision if you would like to work together. I will then draw up a personalised program that suits what you need.
The Purpose of this phone call is for you to learn more about the Wellbeing Program and what personalised coaching entails and to get super clear on your goals and what needs to happen in order for you to achieve them.
FAQs Why do I recommend the 3-Month & 6-Month Programs? Studies show that if you do something for thee or six months, it is much more likely to become a long-term habit. My goal is that after three or six months of working together with a client they will develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle that work best for them. I want them to take what they learn through working with me and apply it to their daily routine on an ongoing basis.
